Accidental insperation...
Some times you just stick your foot in your mouth and don't stop until you taste underwear.
I met a myspace person and exchanged an email where I was giving what I though was good advice. About recording. Only it turns out that this person was a practicing minimalist. It was the audio equivalent of telling Picasso that he'd be pretty good if he got some lessons!
So apologies made and humble pie eaten...
I want to try putting away my mixers and e.q.s and everything else but just a mic and see if can get anywhere near the music that this person does. (I'm a FX junky so probably won't stay clean too long but it's neat to learn.)
